The H&M Membership is a digital loyalty programme where you collect points with every purchase, both in store and online. When collecting points, you unlock special offers, rewards, exclusive event invitations and much more. 

Our membership is free to join, but you must be 18 years to become a member. There are two levels of membership, Core and Plus. 

Your membership ID can be found on your account page. You will also be able to find your in-store and online purchase history in ‘Orders’.

You don’t need the H&M App to be a member, you can register your account on id.hm.com. However, we encourage you to download the H&M App for a full member experience.

All your purchases in-store and online are rewarded with points. 3,000 IDR = 1 point. To collect points in store, always remember to scan your membership ID via the H&M app or id.hm.com. You can also earn points by completing your profile, earning you 50 points, by bringing your own bag when you shop in-store earning you 10 points, and by inviting your friends to become members where you’ll earn 125 points for every new member that completes their first purchase. Your points will be displayed on your membership account which can take up to 24 hours to update.

You will find your latest offers and rewards on your Account & Rewards page in the H&M app or on id.hm.com. Please note that once you redeemed a discount or reward, it cannot be returned or reused. If you return an item, the points you earned from that item will be deducted from your points balance.

Open 'Account & Rewards' and select the reward you would like to use. Click 'Redeem Online' to use your reward Online or 'Redeem in Store' to use your reward in stores, depending on your reward type.

Your membership level will be upgraded to the Plus level once you reach 1,000 points. Your new status change will reflect in 30 days.

For every 250 points you collect, you unlock one IDR 15,000 Bonus Voucher. This voucher can be redeemed both at the checkout online by clicking ‘Redeem Online' or in store by clicking ‘Redeem in Store’ from ‘Account & Rewards’, then scanning your voucher at the cashier.

Bonus Vouchers will not be refunded / reissued if you make a return or exchange. Please note that the voucher amount is distributed evenly across each item of your purchase and not on the total amount. This means that if you return one or more items, you will be refunded the amount you paid for each individual item you are refunding. Make sure to read our Return and Exchange policy.

As a Member, you will receive Birthday Discount for one order on your birthday month valid for full-priced items only.

Core members will get 10% off (max. discount at 100,000)

Plus members will get 15% off (max. discount at 225.000)

The voucher will be issued to your account on your birthday month.

The voucher is valid for 31 days from issued date.

Bonus Vouchers will appear on your 'Account & Rewards' page 30 days after you reached enough points. You will earn a Bonus Voucher every 250 points.

Vouchers cannot be used to purchase H&M gift cards. Please view the voucher in 'Account & Rewards' for the individual terms and conditions.

Bonus Vouchers are valid for 1 month since date of issue. Expiry date of each voucher can be found on your 'My Account' page in the H&M app or id.hm.com.

Your points are valid for 12 months starting at your membership date. When your current membership year ends and you enter into a new membership year, your points will automatically restart.

Once you unlock the Plus level, you will keep the Plus member status for the remainder of the current membership year as well as the entire membership year that follows. Your Plus membership expires only if you collect less than 1.000 points within one full membership year.

Once you create your account at id.hm.com or via the H&M App, the Welcome Offer will appear in your membership account under 'Account & Rewards'. This can take up to 24 hours. If you haven’t received it by then, please contact our Customer Service team.

No, your H&M Membership is currently only valid in Indonesia.
