DELIVERY

  • Standard Delivery (Free for orders above IDR 599,000) within 2-3 days in selected areas in Java. For areas within and outside of Java, delivery may take up to 8-10 days. We deliver Monday to Saturday, except on bank holidays and Sundays.
  • Pick-up in our selected Click & Collect stores is free of charge. You will be notified by email once your order is ready for pick-up at the store. Your parcel will arrive at the selected store within Java areas in 3-5 days. For stores located outside of Java areas, this may take up to 8-10 days.

RETURNS

  • Free returns at our selected H&M stores. For returns to our warehouse in Indonesia, you will need to make arrangements to deliver your item(s).
  • All our parcels contain a return form to use when you send items back. A Return sticker marking the address of our warehouse is also enclosed, if you wish to return to warehouse.
  • Refund will be made to the same payment method that was used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 14 working days for your transaction to be refunded.
  • If you chose delivery to receive the item, the delivery fee will be refunded only when the full order is returned. Please allow up to 14 working days for your transaction to be refunded.
  • Products on promotion or (special) offer or on Sale cannot be returned / refunded as well as Underwear(s), Swimwear(s), socks/tights, jewellery, and all Designer & Special Collections.
